Nos últimos encontros do mês de abril, a COM-VIDA da EMEF 17 de Abril, colocou em pauta para discussão, quais as medidas a ser tomadas, como iniciativa para amenizar, problemas identificados na escola durante os encontros semanais. Após os problemas serem identificados foi construído um mural com os problemas (pedras no caminho) e os objetivos a serem alcançados (árvore dos sonhos). O mesmo fica no refeitório onde todos tem acesso. O resultado foi a construção da Agenda 21.
